  • The 2026 Global Education Coalition Sixth Annual Meeting took place on 24 March 2026 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. Framed around “Turning vision into value: Transforming education together,” the meeting brought together Member States and global partners to examine how investments in digital transformation and AI can drive inclusive, system-wide education reform and generate positive social and economic outcomes.
  • The INEE Community Conversation: The Importance of Integrating Care Pedagogy among Refugee Educators webinar will take place on 9 April 2026 at 13:00 UTC, hosted by Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies. Focused on education in crisis contexts, the session will bring together educators and practitioners to explore how care-centered pedagogies can support refugee teachers and improve learning continuity in emergencies.   • The Importance of Teacher Knowledge: Insights from the new OECD Teacher Knowledge Survey webinar will take place on 22 April 2026 at 16:30 CEST, hosted by OECD. Focused on general pedagogical knowledge, the session will bring together policymakers and international experts to examine new global evidence on what teachers know and how education systems can better support the development of effective teaching practices.   • The Education World Forum 2026 will take place 17 – 20 May 2026 in London, UK. Framed around “Educating for a Shared Future: Peace, Planet, Purpose and Pathways,” the forum will bring together ministers and global partners to examine how education systems can strengthen resilience, sustainability, and social cohesion in a time of global uncertainty.   • The Comparative Education Society in Europe Conference 2026 will be held 29 June – 2 July 2026 at Roskilde University in Denmark.
