  • The KIX EMAP Hub, in partnership with Building Evidence in Education (BE²), held the first Skills-Strengthening Workshop on Implementation Research on 19 – 20 June 2025. The two-day event brought together nearly 100 selected participants from over 350 applicants to explore how implementation research can help education stakeholders understand what works, for whom, and under what conditions. Based on the BE² Implementation Research Guidance Note, the workshop featured interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions to strengthen participants’ capacity to design and apply implementation research in education programs and reforms.   • The third session of IIEP-UNESCO’s 2025 Strategic Debate Series was held online on 30th September 2025, exploring solutions to the global teacher shortage and ways to promote equitable teaching. Experts from leading organizations shared policy and practice insights to strengthen teacher development and improve access to quality education. Watch the recording here.
  • The OECD “How can education build trust in a polarised world?” webinar will be held on 17th October 2025 at 15:00 CEST. The session will examine how teachers, leaders, and education systems can foster trust in others and institutions—while earning students’ trust in return. To register click here.
  • The British Council “Rethinking global issues: AI, equity and climate.” webinar series will be held on 5th December 2025 at 12:00–14:15 (UK time). Two practical sessions will explore how English language education can promote inclusion through AI and support climate action through creative, place-based learning. To register click here.
  • UNESCO and UNFCCC’s fourth season of the Climate Change Education for Social Transformation webinar Series from May to December 2025. Focused on “Greening Communities on the Road to COP30,” the series will explore how communities, youth, and local institutions can advance climate action through lifelong learning.
